MAKE A BOOKING

Salon Policy Notice | To ensure the smooth running of our salon and respect for all our client’s schedules, we have implemented the following policies:

Secure Your Appointment: All bookings require a minimum $50 deposit for cuts and $100 for colour services, which will be credited towards the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This policy allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

Early Arrival: To make the most of your pampering session, we recommend arriving 5 prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to relax and unwind with a complimentary cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Punctuality: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have enough time to complete your service, which could result in the loss of your deposit. Please account for travel and parking time to ensure you arrive promptly.
